Tofu Turmeric Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 oz tofu, organic, crumbled
- 1 corn or wheat tortilla
- 1 scallion, sliced thin
- 1 small kale leaf, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh tomato salsa
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp Braggs liquid aminos or coconut aminos
- 2 tsps coconut oil or sesame oil
- roasted potatoes, optional add in
- lime, optional
Instructions
- Heat small pan over medium heat with oil. Add tofu. Saute 1 min. Add kale. Saute another min. Add liquid aminos and turmeric. Stir. Add salsa Remove from pan. Heat tortilla. Plate the tortilla and top with tofu mixture. Fold and eat!
Notes
Add cilantro, walnuts and/or sriracha sauce for variations!
