Gail's Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey, organic
- 1 can Water Chestnuts, diced
- 2-3 Carrots, organic, diced
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos, Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 head Butter or Iceberg Lettuce
Optional Toppings
- Sriracha
- Crushed Cashews
- Sweet Chili Sauce
- Scallions, sliced
- Radish, sliced
- Bean Sprouts
- Brown Rice, cooked
Instructions
- Heat large skillet with sesame oil. Brown and crumble ground turkey until no longer pink. Remove from pan. Place carrots, onion and water chestnuts in pan and saute for 5 minutes. Add turkey back to pan. Pour hoisin and coconut aminos over turkey veggie mixture. Stir to coat.Here’s come the fun part!
