About Gail

I am a smoothie bowl fanatic, loving mother of 2 beautiful grown girls and three cats (yep, crazy cat lady!) and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I pride myself on keeping up to date with current wellness trends  – and am proud to say that by living what I’ve learned, I am in my mid-sixties, on NO prescription meds and feel great! I’m very passionate about spreading my knowledge to empower as many people as possible to attain optimal health so they can live full lives for many years to come!

I trained at the largest nutrition school in the world – The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I learned that bio-individuality means that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to how to eat right!  I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

My journey into the world of wellness began with a deep dive into the toxic overload our bodies face every single day. What I discovered was both eye-opening and unsettling: it’s not just the air we breathe or the water we drink — it’s the very food we’re told is “healthy” and the everyday products we trust that are quietly compromising our well-being. The truth is, we’re up against a powerful system designed to prioritize profit over people, and most of us are unknowingly caught in its web. It’s up to each of us to cut through the noise, question what we’ve been told, and become our own best health advocates. The good news? Once you start seeing through the illusions, you can never unsee them — and that’s where real transformation begins.

I compassionately guide and support clients in making gradual, sustainable lifestyle shifts that make a difference.  I specialize in teaching about the importance of the QUALITY of the food and products we put onto and into our bodies. It’s not about dieting. It’s about true nourishment from the inside out.
