1 Cup fresh Pineapple chunks
1 Cup pure Coconut Water (or 1/2 cup Coconut Water and 1/2 cup fresh squeezed Orange Juice)
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
Add a little crushed ice and blend all ingredients together thoroughly and enjoy!
