High Protein Turkey Patties

Servings 12


Equipment

  • Large pan

  • Melon scoop


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey, organic

  • 1 egg, pasture-raised

  • 1/3 cup break crumbs,

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp flat parsley, fresh, chopped

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2tbsp avocado oil


Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except oil

  • Heat pan over medium heat with oil.  

    Scoop balls of turkey mixture, roll into balls the size of golf balls  

    Place in pan and saute 5 mins or until browned on bottom.  

    Flip, turn heat to low and cook another 3 mins, covered.  

    Remove from pan.  

    Store in fridge and serve or breakfast, or in bowls witih grains and veggies for lunch.


Notes:

Can be frozen and stored until ready to use!
