
Tofu Turmeric Wraps

Small pan
Ingredients
2 oz tofu, organic, crumbled
1 corn or wheat tortilla
1 scallion, sliced thin
1 small kale leaf, diced
2 tbsp fresh tomato salsa
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tsp Braggs liquid aminos or coconut aminos
2 tsps coconut oil or sesame oil
roasted potatoes, optional add in
lime, optional
Instructions
Heat small pan over medium heat with oil.
Add tofu.
Saute 1 min.
Add kale.
Saute another min.
Add liquid aminos and turmeric. Stir.
Add salsa
Remove from pan.
Heat tortilla.
Plate the tortilla and top with tofu mixture.
Fold and eat!
Notes:
Add cilantro, walnuts and/or sriracha sauce for variations!
