Gail's Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps
This is a light and easy family favorite. There are so many ways to customize this recipe!

- 1 lb Ground Turkey, organic
- 1 can Water Chestnuts, diced
- 2-3 Carrots, organic, diced
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos, Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 head Butter or Iceberg Lettuce
Optional Toppings
- Sriracha
- Crushed Cashews
- Sweet Chili Sauce
- Scallions, sliced
- Radish, sliced
- Bean Sprouts
- Brown Rice, cooked
Heat large skillet with sesame oil. Brown and crumble ground turkey until no longer pink. Remove from pan. Place carrots, onion and water chestnuts in pan and saute for 5 minutes. Add turkey back to pan. Pour hoisin and coconut aminos over turkey veggie mixture. Stir to coat.Here’s come the fun part!
