Hi, I’m Gail. Your nutrition ally in a world full of confusion.


I work with busy women who’ve tried every diet under the sun—and still feel exhausted, bloated, and stuck. The truth? It’s not lack of willpower. It’s the food you’ve been told is “healthy.”

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I teach clients how to navigate the modern food landscape so they can make confident, informed choices at every meal—and feel energized doing it.

Dr. Page is a well seasoned family nurse practitioner and Doctorate of Nursing whose passion lies in assisting her patients to find pathways to health and wellness.

She specializes in optimizing weight, reproductive hormones, gut health, and thyroid. Dr. Page artfully utilizes diet and gentle, natural alternatives to prescription management.

We are passionate about eliminating refined sugars, processed foods, preservatives, industrial seed oils, trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, gluten, hydrogenated oils, hormones, antibiotics and funky additives.

Good Earth Kitchens’ secret is quality salt, oils, and herbs. We know that the best ingredients produce incredible flavor.

​Our food is made fresh from our kitchen, prepared with intentionality and love. At our core, we desire to design and execute each recipe so that it provides our customers with the energy to thrive and feel great.
